Donation by link: https://fundraise.cancerresearchuk.org/page/alola-yoga-for-cruk-2023 in memory of Lola Thursby. Yoga Outdoors at a beautiful Castle - an hour and half class of breathing, postures and relaxation. Bring your own mat, etc. and please dress appropriately for the weather. Crafts and cakes will also be available after the class. Refreshments available in the Castle. Suggested donation £10-£20 per session and more is welcome! Parking available but sharing will help.
