Service Description

Build strength, increase flexibility and find a feeling of inner peace in a friendly online yoga class exploring breath work (pranayama), postures (asana) and relaxation/mediation (savasana) suitable for anyone with basic, or more, experience of yoga. In person at Hurworth Village Hall and also online via Zoom.
