Charity 'Outdoor' Yoga

An annual event last held at Walworth Castle providing beautiful surroundings for us to practice yoga outdoors. Although booking helps us plan, you are welcome to turn up on the day since we have plenty of space for you!
Donations can be made online or with cash on the day - classes are held at 11am each day and are followed by the opportunity to enjoy tea/coffee, cake and win prizes plus some Arts & Crafts stalls to help raise more funds for CRUK.

Cancer Research UK is a national charity that raises funds to support research into preventing cancer, early diagnosis and developing kinder treatments. It is the only charity that looks into ALL 200+ types of cancer so that even if you are unlucky enough to develop a less well known or difficult to treat cancer you are not forgotten. They support and encourage education for professionals as well as those affected to help with these aims as well as having nurses available to provide information and support to help cancer patients, survivors and their families.
