The 2020 Spring Retreat with ALOLA YOGA is once again being held in the beautiful surroundings of The Hawkhills where the balance of the distinguished old Hall, high tech cinema room and the simple modern accommodation block offer students the perfect setting to relax and unwind.

As well as the yoga, the price includes 2 nights in an en-suite double room, single occupancy. All meals are included: breakfast, lunch, dinner and refreshments.

Places are available at a cost of £375 per person and are strictly limited so please book soon to avoid disappointment. 

 A timetable of eight optional Traditional Hatha Yoga Classes, breathing practices and guided meditation, as well as free time to explore, will help you unwind and relax.

Classes are run by ALOLA YOGA and held in the cinema room so there is plenty of space for everyone, with photographs and videos on the big screen to enhance your practice. Mats, blocks, bricks, kneeling pads, wedges and belts provided.

Set within a 240-acre countryside estate, with forest trails to explore, the venue is also close to the pretty village of Easingwold with its lovely market square and charming tea rooms.

Arrival from 3pm onwards on Friday (VE Day Bank Holiday), depart after lunch on Sunday leaving you time to return home and absorb the benefits of the retreat.

Booking forms can be returned by post, scanned and emailed or returned in person in class.  An initial non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking with the remaining payment due BEFORE 1st February 2020.  In most cases cancellation costs are covered by your travel insurance and since payments are non-refundable I recommend, for your own peace of mind, you check you are happy with whatever cover you have.
